Feudo Vagliasindi Terre Siciliane IGP, obtained from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes, with a ruby red color, the smells opens with a bouquet of intense spicy vanilla aromas, embellished with pleasant notes of red fruits. Particularly structured on the palate, with robust tannins and pleasantly persistent in the finish. It's ideal for accompanying dishes based on red meats and aged cheeses.

Winemaking: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (22° - 25° C); maceration on the peels for 6-10 days

Refinement: aging 12 months in steel and 2 months in bottle

Look: red ruby

Smell: floral of violet and dried rose, ripe marasca fruit and small red fruits and sweet spicy

Flavor: fresh, sapid and soft, with soft tannins and good persistence

Combine with: structured first courses, second courses of meat also elaborated, to be served fresh on grilled fish, mixed fries or spicy soups, medium-aged cheeses

Recommended serving temperature: 18°-20° C

Alcohol content: 12,5%

Annual production: 4000 bottles (0,75 l)
